公司於2020813日競得位於寧波市鄞州區的YZ08-06-b2地塊,為滿足公司房地產項目開發需要,公司全資子公司“旭禾企管”擬以自有資金出資5億元人民幣設立子公司“新置業作為開發該地塊的項目公司,註冊地為浙江省寧波市。

鄞州區YZ08-06-b2地塊面積為21,423平方米,容積率1.0R1.8地塊土地性質為住宅,位於鄞州區東至九曲河,南至姜山西河,西北至泰康西路,土地成交總價10.11億元。

公司於202085日競得位於寧波市江北姚江新區啟動區的甬儲出2020-074江北區JB16-02-8aJB16-02-8e(姚江新城5#-15#-2)地塊,為滿足公司房地產項目開發需要,公司全資子公司“榮寧企管”擬以自有資金出資5億元人民幣設立子公司“榮越置業”作為開發該地塊的項目公司,註冊地為浙江省寧波市。

甬儲出2020-074號江北區JB16-02-8aJB16-02-8e(姚江新城5#-15#-2地塊面積為88,930平方米,容積率JB16-02-8a地塊:1.0R1.8JB16-02-8e 地塊:1.0R1.6地塊土地性質為城鎮住宅用地,位於江北區東至洪都路,南至麗江西路,西至規劃三路,北至雲飛路,土地成交總價29.13億元。
