百福控股(01488.HK)中期持续经营净亏1.06亿元 同比扩大498.14%
格隆汇 8 月 25日丨百福控股(01488.HK)公布，截至2020年6月30日止6个月，集团实现营业额2.44亿元(人民币，单位下同)，同比减少50.28%； 公司拥有人应占持续经营业务亏损1.06亿元，同比扩大498.14%； 基本每股亏损5.99分；不派中期股息。
2020年初突然爆发新型冠状病毒(COVID-19)疫情("疫情")，北京或其部分区域两次启动最高级别的重大突发公共卫生事件一级响应。由于百福控股有限公司("公司"，连同其附属公司统称"集团")的控股品牌旗下超过75.0%的门店位于北京，集团经营遭受严重冲击，部分门店撤店，审慎开设新店和拓展加盟。
突发的疫情导致品牌暂停营业，公司通过努力促销及控制成，最大程度减少疫情对集团的影响，渡过阶段性的危机。措施包括但不限于下列各项：(i)在促销方面，因公司留意到客户的购买方式有所改变，由店内消费转为选用上门派送，公司一直积极通过线上平台推广非接触式的食物送递及外卖选择；及(ii)在成控制及现金流管理方面，公司与业主紧密沟通，商讨租金折扣，并与原材料供应商争取信贷延期。
公司亦采取了降低劳动成的措施，包括暂时停止招募新员工及暂时避免聘用兼职员工。与此同时，集团重新审视发展机遇，保持"双轮驱动"的战略不变，一方面更加坚定的发展数字化和走多渠道多场景营销运营，力保持续经营所需现金流且谋求长远发展；另一方面公司参股的多个餐饮品类品牌寻求融资和扩张机会。
目前，消费者信心已逐渐提振，集团销售亦已逐步恢复，截至2020年6月30日6个月期间("期间")集团各品牌可比门店销售随着中国疫情逐渐受控而逐步恢复至2019年同期的70%至110%。
从长远角度看，集团仍然对经济增长及中国餐饮业的前景充满信心。2020年下半年将继续提升现有业务的盈利能力外，也将资源审慎的运用于新的业务或资产收购机会。
