格隆匯 8 月 25日丨正商實業(00185.HK)公告,於2020年8月25日公司間接全資附屬公司河南興漢以代價人民幣5.08億元成功透過掛牌出售程序於伊川縣自然資源局提呈出售以轉讓國有建設用地使用權所舉辦拍賣會中投得該等地塊國有土地使用權。

該等地塊由以下五幅地塊組成,每幅地塊彼此相鄰:地塊I位於中國河南省洛陽市伊川縣伊龍大道以北、濱河大道以東,總佔地面積約20,000.32平方米,許可容積率不高於1.0。地塊I指定作商服用途使用年限為40年。

地塊II位於中國河南省陽市伊川縣伊龍大道以北、濱河大道以東,總佔地面積約51,412.61平方米,許可容積率介乎於1.0和1.2間。地塊II分別指定作住宅用途使用年限為70年及商業用途使用年限為40年。

地塊III位於中國河南省陽市伊川縣伊龍大道以北、濱河大道以東,總佔地面積約51,413.48平方米,許可容積率介乎於1.0和1.2間。地塊III分別指定作住宅用途使用年限為70年及商業用途使用年限為40年。

地塊IV位於中國河南省陽市伊川縣伊龍大道以北、濱河大道以東,總佔地面積約44,010.08平方米,許可容積率介乎於1.0和1.2間。地塊IV分別指定作住宅用途使用年限為70年及商業用途使用年限為40年。

地塊V位於中國河南省陽市伊川縣伊龍大道以北、濱河大道以東,總佔地面積約36,046.73平方米,許可容積率介乎於1.0和1.2間。地塊V分別指定作住宅用途使用年限為70年及商業用途使用年限為40年。
