格隆匯8月25日丨海蘭信(300065.SZ)漲逾6%,報16.66元,總市值66億元。海蘭信公佈,為了積極響應“交通強國”和“海洋強省”發展戰略,支持山東省加快建設世界一流港口,進一步夯實水上交通安全基礎,藉助信息化和現代化手段實現山東海上交通管理和應急搜救等能力的持續提升,2020年8月21日,公司聯合三亞海蘭寰宇海洋信息科技有限公司、與中華人民共和國山東海事局簽署了《合作框架協議》。雙方將建立長期穩定的海上交通管理信息平台戰略合作關係。
