寧波建工(601789.SH)：上半年淨利同比增1.8%至1.19億元
格隆匯 8 月 24日丨寧波建工(601789.SH)公佈，截止2020年6月30日，公司資產總額184.63億元，所有者權益37.58億元，分別比年初變動17.08%和15.54%。2020年1-6月實現營業收入91.49億元，較去年同期增長7.18%。實現營業利潤1.47億元，淨利潤1.23億元，歸屬於母公司所有者淨利潤1.19億元，分別比去年同期變動-13.44%、-0.83%和1.80%。
報告期公司面對國內激烈競爭的市場環境，克服新冠影響迎難而上，繼續貫徹“進行品牌經營，鞏固本地市場，深耕外地市場，實現大區域發展”的拓展思路，面向市場優化管控模式，着力激發建工集團、市政集團、建工建樂三大總承包平台的業務優勢，帶動專業承包業務發展，重點開拓新興業務領域，努力承接“高精尖”優質項目，發揮協同作戰能力，經營工作平穩有序。報告期內，公司承接房建、市政、裝飾裝修及相關專業承包業務量109.95億元，同比增長26.06%，其中房建工程業務45.62億元，佔公司全部承接業務量的41.49%，市政園林工程業務45.68億元，佔比41.54%，安裝工程業務3.27億元，佔比2.97%，裝飾裝修業務4.46億元，佔比4.06%，工業化業務4.42億元，佔比4.02%，鋼結構業務4.61億元，佔比4.20%，勘察、設計及其他業務1.89億元，佔比1.72%。
報告期內，公司子公司承接了一系列優質項目，其中建工集團中標寧波創維雙智雙創產業園一期項目施工總承包工程(中標價4.5億元)，承接董家橋地塊安置房項目I標段項目(合同價3.38億元)，承接奉化健康旅遊小鎮7號地塊(中標價3.66億元)，承接嘉善93畝項目總包工程項目(合同價3.18億元)，承接寧波杭州灣新區文創宜居區塊6#-e、5#-a地塊總承包工程(合同價2.52億元)。子公司市政集團承接了南昌市西外環和祥雲大道(南昌西收費站-320國道)及門户區環境綜合整治工程二標段EPC項目(中標價6.12億元)，簽訂了四川省廣安市省道205線廣安區花橋(渠縣界)至彭家改造工程PPP項目建設合同(合同價5.63億元)，中標紅花崗區金鼎山至巷口道路工程(EPC)項目(中標價11.74億元)，中標鄞州大道-福慶路(東錢湖段)工程施工項目(中標價3.51億元)。建工建樂承接中基年產10萬方預製構件等項目(合同價1.70億元)。
