瑞風新能源(00527.HK)預計中期綜合淨虧不少於約1800萬元
格隆匯 8 月 21日丨瑞風新能源(00527.HK)發佈公告,集團預期截至2020年6月30日止六個月錄得綜合淨虧損不少於約人民幣1800萬元,而2019年同期則錄得綜合淨溢利約人民幣400萬元。
公告稱,上述轉盈為虧狀況主要由於(其中包括)因冠狀病毒疫情爆發,電力銷售減少而導致收益減少;維修和保養費用增加;與增值税退税相關的政府補貼收入減少;及並無發行可換股債券所產生的股份支付開支的非現金及非經營項目(2019年:約人民幣2100萬元)。
