佳創視訊(300264.SZ)：上半年淨虧損1182.51萬元 同比減虧35.37%
格隆匯8月21日丨佳創視訊(300264.SZ)披露2020年半年度報告，報告期內，公司實現營業收入5433.542萬元，同比下降9.46%，營業利潤-1109.45萬元，較上年同期增長37.52%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤-1182.51萬元，較上年同期增長35.37%。
(一)軟件、硬件系統業務
報告期內公司主要針對廣電運營商進行軟硬件產品銷售與系統集成、運維等服務。並重點面向電信運營商進行合作拓展，包括內容合作運營以及5G基礎設施集成與銷售合作。為響應廣電行業對新技術的創新與嘗試，以雲計算、大數據、智慧廣電、5G通信等為代表的新興信息技術日趨成熟，公司已在廣電領域逐步開展全IP、IPv6直播、智慧廣電、雲平台、大數據平台等新技術的應用，在電信固網通信、5G新基建等領域尋求業務拓展，加強設備製造商溝通並大幅改善產品供應問題的同時適度擴大可合作伙伴及行業渠道。
(二)VR合作運營業務
報告期內，意景技術完成了8KVR直播製作系統的研究和系統開發工作，並穩定製作和授權銷售VR節目內容，同時開展VR素材再加工業務。公司整合子公司北京意景技術的VR內容產品與服務能力、子公司陝西紛騰互動VR遊戲內容、子公司佳創文化傳媒“VR+廣電”運營團隊與成果以及公司內容聚合平台、終端操作系統和VR播控平台等，在繼續深化與廣電運營商的VR業務合作運營的基礎上，利用上述資源和經驗同步開拓與中國移動等電信運營商的內容合作運營，並提供各類VR企業應用定製化服務。將VR業務在電信行業推動合作運營，同時面向企事業單位開展VR+2B業務。
(三)遊戲產品和服務業務
報告期內，公司與全國範圍內多家電信、移動、聯通和廣電運營商、互聯網電視渠道商在電視遊戲業務方面有深度合作，能夠根據運營需要及市場熱點適時更新，高效完成整套支撐工作。運營團隊通過專業化的運營，提升用户量和活躍度，使公司產品的市場佔有率始終保持同行業的領先水平。報告期內，公司完成開發29款IPTV遊戲，其中JAVA產品22款、3D產品7款；並完成了3款VR電視遊戲的適配。
