友佳國際(02398.HK)中期預虧約9600萬元
格隆匯 8 月 21日丨友佳國際(02398.HK)發佈公告,預期截至2020年6月30日止六個月將錄得公司擁有人應占虧損約人民幣9600萬元,而2019年同期錄得公司擁有人應占溢利約人民幣2113萬元。
公告稱,預期虧損由於分佔位於德國的聯營公司的虧損增加所致,2019冠狀病毒病疫情的爆發影響該聯營公司於有關期間的營運。縱然如此,此分佔聯營公司虧損屬非現金項目,因此對集團的經營現金流量並無影響。於計入此項目前,集團期內在此嚴峻經營環境下,其中國大陸的主體營運業務仍然錄得溢利約人民幣1400萬元。因此董事會認為集團的整體財務狀況依然維持穩健。
