格隆匯 8 月 20日丨宣亞國際(300612.SZ)披露2020年半年度報告，實現營業收入1.67億元，同比增長30.92%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損2381.98萬元，上年同期虧損866.24萬元；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨虧損2766.67萬元，上年同期虧損866.71萬元；基本每股虧損0.15元。
報告期內，公司實現營業收入1.67億元，同比增長30.92%。其中，營銷解決方案類收入為8303.69萬元，佔營業收入的49.70%，主要為汽車、互聯網信息技術和IT通訊、製造業等行業客户提供一站式整合營銷傳播服務，該分類收入環比下降了54.84%，主要系受新冠肺炎疫情影響，部分客户在疫情期間復工、經營受到一定程度影響，項目執行計劃放緩所致；營銷技術運營類收入為8173.41萬元，佔營業收入的48.92%，主要為客户提供基於一系列營銷技術產品支持的一站式運營服務，該分類收入環比增長了104.37%，主要系因宏觀環境、疫情因素、網民行為習慣以及市場需求變化趨勢等多方面影響，公司控股子公司天津星言云匯網絡科技有限公司(”星言云匯”)代理的巨量引擎品牌旗下產品客户端廣告營銷業務增加，從而帶動了公司營銷技術運營服務類業務的收入同比大幅上漲；數據技術產品類收入為231.54萬元，佔營業收入的1.38%，主要為網信系統客户提供網絡輿情監測、大數據平台技術、網評系統、日常技術支持、故障排除、系統配置、系統培訓等服務，此項收入毛利率較高，但其收入金額相對較少，且尚處在發展階段初期，對營業利潤貢獻度較低。
此外，公司報告期歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤虧損2381.98萬元。主要是由於：1、報告期內營業收入增加，營業成本也相應增加，其中營銷技術運營服務收入分類中的互聯網營銷廣告業務收入佔比較高但毛利率較低，導致公司營業成本同比增加64.13%，毛利率同比降低14.44%；2、公司持續推進戰略轉型升級，報告期內進一步擴編了研發團隊，加大了研發投入，研發費用投入金額為1201.90萬元，同比增長33.77%；3、報告期對比同期人員和無形資產攤銷增加，導致管理費用同比增加84.84%；4、受新冠肺炎疫情影響，公司部分客户在疫情期間復工、經營受到一定程度影響，其與公司的款項結算效率較往常有所降低，導致公司應收賬款回款有一定延遲，本報告期計提的信用減值損失同比增加21.04%。
