中駿集團控股(01966.HK)獲主席黃朝陽增持500萬股
格隆匯 8 月 20日丨中駿集團控股(01966.HK)發佈公告,董事會於2020年8月20日獲新升控股有限公司(由公司執行董事、主席及控股股東黃朝陽全資持有的公司)告知,新升已於今天於市場上以每股平均購買價4.13568港元增持公司總數500萬股股份。
如上述新升增持股份後,新升於公司的持股量由21.08億股股份增加至21.13億股股份,即相當於公司全部已發行股本的約50.28%。上述增持後及於該公告日期,公司仍保持充足公眾持股量。
