英飛拓(002528.SZ)：股東JHL INFINITE LLC部分股份收益權轉讓
格隆匯8月20日丨英飛拓(002528.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年8月20日接到公司股東劉肇懷的通知。(截至2020年8月17日，公司總股數約為11.99億股，劉肇懷持有公司股份約1.99億股，與劉肇懷關聯股東JHLINFINITE LLC持有公司股份約1.96億股(其中有表決權的股份數約為5069.42萬股)，劉肇懷為JHL INFINITE LLC唯一股東)。
JZ LIU信託(#3)於2020年8月19日將其持有的JHL INFINITE LLC的9.00%股份收益權轉讓給劉肇懷，然後劉肇懷將相同的收益權轉讓給JZ LIU信託(#6)；JZ LIU信託(#4)於2020年8月19日將其持有的JHL INFINITE LLC的6.83%股份收益權轉讓給劉肇懷，然後劉肇懷將相同的收益權轉讓給JZLIU信託(#6)。以上三個信託的受託人都是Anna Liu(劉肇懷的女兒)，受益人都是劉肇懷的後裔，劉肇懷的妹妹和妹夫(張衍鋒，現任公司副董事長，常務副總經理)。此次轉讓的JHL INFINITE LLC的股份收益權不享有JHL INFINITE LLC投票權。目前劉肇懷的後裔是他的子女。
上述股份收益權轉讓完成後，劉肇懷仍為JHL INFINITE LLC的唯一股東，持有JHL INFINITE LLC 11.73%股份收益權和擁有JHL INFINITE LLC 100%的投票權，且劉肇懷與持有JHL INFINITE LLC 60%股份收益權的一個信託的部分受託人和全部受益人，與持有JHL INFINITE LLC 2.39%股份收益權的一個信託的受託人和部分受益人，與持有JHL INFINITE LLC 10.05% 股份收益權的一個信託的受託人和部分受益人，與持有JHL INFINITE LLC 15.83%股份收益權的一個信託的受託人和部分受益人，均為一致行動人。
JHL INFINITE LLC由劉肇懷於2007年6月15日在美國特拉華州投資設立，公司性質為美國LLC公司(有限責任公司)，住所地為CORPORATION TRUSTCENTER, 1209 ORANGE STREET, WILMINGTON, DE 19801, U.S.A；註冊資本及實收資本均為1萬美元，業務範圍為一般貿易，目前除持有公司股權外未從事其他生產經營活動。
