《大行报告》花旗:友邦(01299.HK)中期新业务及内含价值均下滑 料股价反应负面
花旗发表报告表示,友邦保险(01299.HK)公布今年上半年新业务价值按实质汇率计按年跌38%,即其今年第二季新业务价值按年下滑49%,较首季28%跌幅进一步扩大,主要因疫情令其各地市场采取社交距离措施,但从5月及6月相关地区有所放宽,指销售正迎来一线希望,并相信友邦营运环境的最坏时刻已过去。
该行指,友邦上半年新业务价值按实质汇率计按年跌38%至14.1亿美元,低於该行原预期11%,指其年化新保费跌25%,指上半年内含价值亦按半年意外下跌4%至596亿美元,并相信友邦今日(20日)股价会受业绩消息所拖累,因市场关注其新业务价值及内含价值均下跌。
花旗称,暂维持对其「买入」评级及目标价84元,今早将参与公司召开的分析员会议,以待管理层阐述其营运表现及前景。
