順博合金(002996.SZ)：回撥後 網上定價發行中籤率為0.0319040947%
格隆匯8月19日丨順博合金(002996.SZ)披露首次公開發行股票網上申購情況及中籤率公告，公司(“發行人”)首次公開發行不超過5300萬股人民幣普通股(A股)(“此次發行”)的申請已獲中國證券監督管理委員會證監許可[2020]1590號文核准，此次發行採用網下向符合條件的投資者詢價配售和網上向持有深圳市場非限售A股股份和非限售存託憑證市值的社會公眾投資者定價發行相結合的方式進行。
發行人和保薦機構(主承銷商)國海證券(“保薦機構(主承銷商)”)協商確定此次發行股份數量為5300萬股。回撥機制啟動前，網下初始發行數量為3710萬股，為此次發行總量的70%，網上初始發行數量為1590萬股，佔此次發行總量的30%。此次發行價格為人民幣8.41元/股。
順博合金於2020年8月19日(T日)利用深圳證券交易所交易系統網上定價發行“順博合金”股票1590萬股。
保薦機構(主承銷商)根據深圳證券交易所提供的數據，對此次網上定價發行的申購情況進行了統計，此次網上定價發行有效申購户數為16,980,129户，有效申購數量為149,510,589,500股，配號總數為299,021,179個，配號起始號碼為000000000001，截止號為000299021179。
根據《重慶順博鋁合金股份有限公司首次公開發行股票發行公告》公佈的回撥機制，由於網上初步有效申購倍數為9,403.18173倍，高於150倍，發行人和保薦機構(主承銷商)決定啟動回撥機制，將此次發行股份的60%由網下回撥至網上。回撥後，網下最終發行數量為530萬股，佔此次發行總量的10%；網上最終發行數量為4,770萬股，佔此次發行總量的90%。回撥後此次網上定價發行的中籤率為0.0319040947%，申購倍數為3,134.39391倍。
