BC集團(00863.HK)收購區塊鏈公司Enuma Technologies及其數字資產組合管理系統，強化OSL技術優勢、引入行業專才
2020年8月18日，亞洲領先的數字資產及金融科技公司BC集團(00863.HK)宣佈收購區塊鏈公司Enuma Technologies的核心知識產權，並聘用包括首席執行官Antoine Cote在內的Enuma團隊，進一步強化集團的技術優勢。
此次收購包括Bridgepoint.io——一套以區塊鏈平台為基礎，提供數字資產組合管理系統、市場數據基建、算法訂價和借貸管理軟件即服務平台——進一步提升BC集團旗下OSL平台的產品配套，以更好地服務資產管理公司，並最終強化OSL交易平台流通性。
BC集團行政總裁Hugh Madden表示：“作為一家快速發展的創新企業，我們對包括合資、併購或聘用領導團隊等戰略性增長機會一直保持開放的態度。通過這次收購，我們擴展團隊的同時，深化了我們的技術儲備，進一步加強以平台為基礎的業務模式。”
Antoine Cote擁有逾20年的連續創業和工程師經驗，近5年中，聯合創辦了Enuma，出任行政總裁。他曾在微軟工作了12年，在美國和中國領導大型工程團隊，並在上海成立了微軟研發中心，獲得了美國專利局的14項設計專利。
Antoine Cote説：“我很高興能夠加入BC集團，協助OSL平台鞏固其全球領先的市場地位。金融機構進軍數字資產的速度加快，數字資產絕對會是呈幾何級數的增長。”
BC集團資訊總監Usman Ahmad補充道：“通過整合Bridgepoint.io，我們已準備好為機構提供準確、實時的市場數據和投資組合管理技術，這將進一步強化我們市場領先的軟件配套。”
隨着監管要求明朗化，具有遠見的銀行，基金和投資者更多參與數字資產，推動了整個生態圈的快速擴展。近幾個月來，全球幾家主要銀行和金融機構都宣佈了支持數字資產產品計劃。BCGroup及其OSL平台致力於為不斷增長的機構級數字資產客户提供服務。
BC集團首席營運官盤立新表示：“我們非常歡迎Antoine及Enuma團隊加入BC集團和OSL。這些區塊鏈精英人員將為我們的業務增添力量，也將進一步擴充技術團隊陣容，確保我們在行業中的領先地位。”
OSL為第一家申請香港證監會的1類和7類數字資產交易牌照的公司。集團還根據新加坡金融管理局《支付服務法》向其申請了數字資產許可證。
集團最近的業績佐證了金融機構正加速接受和採納數字資產。BC集團在2020年8月12日的中期業績公告中顯示，今年前6個月的年化交易量達到創紀錄的280億美元，帶動收入同比增長47％。
