港交所(00388.HK)：中期純利升1%至52.33億港元 營收87.82億港元創半年度新高
格隆匯8月19日丨香港交易所(00388.HK)公佈2020年中期業績，上半年收入及其他收益為87.82億港元，同比增長2%，創半年度新高。標題平均每日成交金額上升20%，令交易及結算費增加，帶動主要業務收入較2019年上半年上升13%；滬深港通收入及其他收益達7.43億港元的半年度新高，較2019年上半年上升46%。
上半年投資收益淨額下跌6.81億港元，這是由於2020年3月全球市場大幅拋售，令第一季公佈的集體投資計劃錄得公平值虧損；營運支出較2019年上半年上升6%，源於年度薪酬調整及2019年6月收購港融科技後僱員數目上升，以及資訊技術成本及專業費用增加；EBITDA為67.06億港元，同比增長1%；股東應占溢利52.33億港元，同比增長1%；基本每股盈利4.15港元，宣派中期股息每股3.71港元。
2020年上半年，香港證券市場平均每日成交金額達1175億港元，按年增長20%，而衍生產品市場期貨及期權平均每日成交合約張數為117.5231萬張，大致與去年同期相若。滬深港通於2020年上半年繼續強勢增長，北向及南向交易成交額均創下新紀錄。債券通成交量亦創新高，平均每日成交金額達人民幣199億元，按年增長202%。
英國方面，LME於2020年3月成功實施臨時應急措施應對疫情，包括將定價及交易轉為全電子化。LME的收費交易金屬合約的平均每日成交量較2019年上半年上升1%，反映市況波動帶動第一季市場表現強勁，惟第二季因資金離場觀望疫情對商品市場的整體影響令市況轉弱，並抵銷第一季升幅。
2020年上半年香港首次公開招股市場在新股數目上排名全球第二(共64宗新上市，包括網易及京東的第二上市)，首次公開招股集資額則列全球第三(928億港元)。期內香港交易所創新推出虛擬上市儀式，供新上市發行人選用。
