聯合集團(00373.HK)預期中期純利下降80%至90%
格隆匯8月18日丨聯合集團(00373.HK)公告,公司預期截至2020年6月30日止6個月公司股東應占溢利將較2019年同期未經審核綜合股東應占溢利顯著下降80%至90%。應占溢利預期下調的原因主要為由於市場大幅波動導致新鴻基投資業務中的金融工具按市值計價的虧損;於持續新型冠狀病毒影響及市場情況下,集團貸款業務的利息收入減少及為預期信貸損失增加撥備;集團持有的投資物業的公平價值錄得淨減幅,相比2019年同期則錄得淨增幅;天安的貢獻減少,主要由於天安投資物業的公平價值下降及應占天安合營企業溢利下降;及於亞太資源的應占業績錄得應占虧損。
