聚利寶控股(08527.HK)中期虧損擴大至約223萬新加坡元
格隆匯 8 月 14日丨聚利寶控股(08527.HK)發佈公告,截至2020年6月30日止六個月,收益同比下降47.6%至約495萬新加坡元。收益的顯著減少主要是由於COVID-19的影響以及各政府當局實施的相應防疫措施。2020年第二季度期間,集團已將位置接近辦公室、市區及旅遊熱點的部分餐廳及烘焙專門店暫停營業,因此該等零售店的銷量受到人流大幅減少的影響。
集團截至2020年6月30日六個月及2019年同期分別錄得虧損約223萬新加坡元及131萬新加坡元。截至2020年6月30日的六個月的虧損主要歸因於COVID-19的影響導致收益整體下降。然而,從業主以及新加坡及馬來西亞政府分別獲得的租金優惠及補貼減輕了部分的不利影響。
