贝壳找房母公司上市首日股价升87% 不排除在港第二上市
内地网上房地产平台贝壳找房及地产代理链家母公司KE控股昨日(13日)於美国以预托证券形式上市,首日收报37.44美元,较上市价升87.2%。在延长交易时段回落4.5%报35.75美元。
KE控股首席执行官彭永东接受《路透》访问时表示,对在香港或内地进行第二上市持开放态度,目前尚未有时间表。他指在多个市场上市为公司的资本市场策略,并预期有关情况在未来会很普遍。他亦指中美紧张关系对公司在美上市计划没有大影响,预计最坏情况或需在美除牌,但认为情况非常不可能发生。
公司是次上市集资约20亿美元。
