長城證券(002939.SZ):2020年證券公司次級債券獲深交所無異議函
格隆匯 8 月 13日丨長城證券(002939.SZ)公佈,公司於2020年8月13日收到深圳證券交易所(以下簡稱深交所)《關於長城證券股份有限公司2020年證券公司次級債券符合深交所轉讓條件的無異議函》(深證函[2020]666號)。
深交所對公司申請確認發行面值不超過20億元人民幣的2020年證券公司次級債券符合其轉讓條件無異議。公司應當自無異議函出具之日起12個月內正式向深交所提交轉讓申請文件,逾期未提交的,無異議函自動失效。
