同濟科技(600846.SH):同濟設計院減資退出同瓴置業
格隆匯8月13日丨同濟科技(600846.SH)公佈,上海同瓴置業有限公司(以下簡稱“同瓴置業”)是公司為開發寶山區大場鎮文海路西側地塊而成立的項目公司。公司全資子公司上海同濟房地產有限公司(以下簡稱“同濟房產”)持有60%股權,同濟大學建築設計研究院(集團)有限公司(以下簡稱“同濟設計院”)持有40%股權。基於該項目已基本開發銷售完畢,同濟設計院擬減資退出同瓴置業,40%股權對應的減資款為2902萬元。同濟設計院減資退出同瓴置業,同瓴置業將成為同濟房產的全資子公司。
