嘗高美集團(08371.HK)簽訂新租賃協議
格隆匯8月10日丨嘗高美集團(08371.HK)公告,於2020年8月4日,集團通過一間全資附屬公司及於2020年8月10日通過另外一間全資附屬公司與同一業主在同一購物商場,簽訂了新租賃協議及Parkview租賃協議的續約。與Parkview租賃協議有關的協議仍待業主執行。
新租賃協議餐廳地點為香港沙田新城市廣場112號鋪,商鋪面積約為2,400平方尺。Parkview租賃協議餐廳地點為香港沙田新城市廣場117號鋪,食環署牌照面積209.29平方米。
