雅居投資控股(08426.HK)中期純利升14.3%至477.5萬港元
格隆匯 8 月 10日丨雅居投資控股(08426.HK)公佈,截至2020年6月30日止6個月,實現收益2.06億港元,同比增加約0.2%;期內溢利477.5萬港元,同比增加約14.3%;每股基本盈利為0.6港仙。
於2020年6月30日,集團的現有物業管理組合包括香港房屋委員會擁有的28個公共屋邨、房委會授出的4個居屋計劃屋苑及2份獨立服務合約,均由集團管理。於2019年第四季度,集團的九個公共屋邨合約屆滿,而一份包括九個公共屋邨的新合約於2020年第二季度開始時開展。
收入增加乃歸因於來自房委會擁有的公共屋邨的新合約的額外服務費收入;及根據該等合約所訂的調整機制上調集團部分現有合約的服務費。純利增加主要由於新合約的溢利率;及處理向僱員支付的政府補貼的行政收入增加所致。
