電視廣播(00511.HK)料中期虧損約2.9億港元
格隆匯 8 月 7日丨電視廣播(00511.HK)公佈,集團預期於截止2020年6月30日止6個月錄得股東應占虧損約2.9億港元,而2019年同期則錄得公司股東應占溢利為2.13億元。
儘管翡翠台黃金時段節目的收視點顯著上升,但對地面電視頻道廣告服務的需求於期內仍然非常疲弱,因此,導致香港電視廣播分部來自廣告客户的收入較去年同期大幅減少約70%。有關減幅乃由於香港經濟環境受COVID-19疫情直接影響而自2020年初起急劇轉差所致。
公司預料,即使COVID-19疫情受到控制,香港廣告市場亦將需要一段時間方能恢復正常。於2020年剩餘數月,地面電視廣告業務的經營環境仍然充滿挑戰。在此期間,集團將着力發展於中國內地的業務,包括聯合制作連續劇及內容發行。
