格隆匯 8 月 6日丨三人行(605168.SH)披露2020年半年度報告，實現營業收入11.49億元，同比增長61.23%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.03億元，同比增長127.76%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1.03億元，同比增長155.72%；基本每股收益1.88元。
報告期內，公司重點開展了以下工作：
1、完成首次公開發行股票並上市。公司於2020年5月28日成功在上海證券交易所主板上市，公開發行股份1726.67萬股，發行價格60.62元/股，作為專業從事整合營銷服務的綜合型廣告傳媒公司正式登陸資本市場，開啟新徵程。
2、積極應對疫情影響，爭取原有客户增量預算。公司主要客户包括中國移動、中國電信、中國聯通等電信運營商領域客户，中國工商銀行、中國農業銀行、中國建設銀行、中國人保集團等金融領域客户，京東、滴滴等互聯網領域客户，伊利等快速消費品領域客户等。2020年上半年，全球新冠疫情的爆發對互聯網媒體市場格局、廣告受眾的偏好、廣告傳播的形式均帶來了深遠的影響。公司持續提升創意和品牌策劃能力，對媒體格局的變化形勢和最新的市場營銷熱點進行有效洞察，為客户提供更有效的品牌曝光和產品營銷內容投放，伊利、中國移動等客户通過公司在字節跳動、騰訊、新浪微博等互聯網媒體的投放金額大幅提升，推動公司營業收入和利潤規模快速增長。
3、全面加強服務能力，努力開拓佈局增量頭部客户。公司持續提升自身跨媒介資源整合能力，補充優化專業人才隊伍，在服務現有各國民經濟重要領域重點客户的基礎上，憑藉大型客户的服務經驗，大力拓展汽車等行業的頭部客户，新增一汽、快手等客户為公司帶來增量收入，未來，公司將在服務各行業頭部客户的同時，加快技術、創意和服務驅動跨媒介資源整合能力提升，有望持續開拓新行業的頭部客户，實現以數字營銷為核心的整合營銷業務持續高速增長。
