格隆匯 8 月 5日丨北方導航(600435.SH)披露2020年半年度報告，實現營業收入7.03億元，同比增長25.38%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損1652.01萬元，上年同期盈利31.37萬元；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨虧損1847.63萬元，上年同期虧損9.97萬元；基本每股虧損0.0111元。
報告期內主要經營情況如下：
1、經營指標情況
報告期內重點裝備型號保障任務均按計劃完成，根據下半年裝備訂貨情況，公司將統籌策劃，利用好智能化柔性產線等資源優勢，按期完成全年裝備保障任務，努力實現高質量發展。
2、合理排產，精心策劃，完成2020年上半年軍品生產、科研任務
2020年上半年，公司努力克服外部不利條件的影響，公司生產指揮系統統籌策劃，積極協調相關總體及配套單位，緊前排產、同頻共振，採取了多項保障措施，最終按計劃高質量的完成了上半年生產任務，同時嚴格按照公司科研計劃，組織開展項目的研製和試製工作，加強了科研任務的保障力度，確保各項科研任務有序進行，碩果頗豐。
3、堅持高質量發展，着力推動改革措施落地見效
2020年上半年，公司面對重點產品生產任務大幅增加的形勢，強化使命擔當，將高質量完成全年科研生產任務作為核心任務，強化與總裝、配套單位的溝通協調，識別、控制風險，以智能化生產線和信息化建設為推手，持續優化生產組織、提高產出效率，確保按期高質量完成生產交付任務。高度重視外部環境帶來的困難和挑戰，對原材料供應、備品備件、外協外購件等方面受到的影響，進行系統梳理，做到心裏有數，早謀劃、早準備、早安排、早部署，積極爭取主動，把不利條件的影響降到最低。堅定核心使命和發展方向不動搖，持續提升治理能力。及時完善“三重一大”決策制度，規範公司治理的黨委會、董事會、經理層議事規則。圍繞加強黨的建設、推動高質量發展等重點工作，設計公司集團化管控、專業化管理模式，明確權責界限，推動聚焦主責主業、高效運行，調整優化機構設置和職責分工。結合公司運行實際，堅持問題導向，分級分類全面修訂現行制度及業務流程，做到體系健全、規範程序、清除盲點、銜接協同。承上啟下，把握重點，紮實推進“十四五”規劃編制工作。一是對“十三五”規劃實施情況進行評估總結，科學評估“十三五”規劃實施情況；二是加強組織領導，按照體系化推動工作的具體要求，成立子公司全體參與的專項工作機構；三是突出重點，深入分析公司業務結構、收入結構、利潤結構、能力結構，定好整體發展目標。
