美司法部起訴博華太平洋(01076.HK)高層 涉洗黑錢及非法窩藏外國人等罪名
美國司法部起訴香港上市公司博華太平洋(01076.HK)及MCC International Saipan的三名管理層,涉嫌洗黑錢及非法窩藏外國人等罪名。
根據起訴書稱,三名被告任職的博華太平洋及MCC International Saipan在塞班島興建賭場及渡假村時非法僱用勞工,並且向美國轉移超過2,400萬美元以進行非法活動。
由於三名被告均為外國人,目前亦居住在美國境外,一旦三人返回美國將會被捕,並移交至聯邦法院受審。
