米蘭站(01150.HK)續租香港九龍物業
格隆匯8月4日丨米蘭站(01150.HK)發佈公告,於2020年8月4日,公司間接全資附屬公司米蘭站觀塘(作為承租人)與其異有限公司及Lunalite Company Limited(均為獨立第三方)(作為出租人)協定並落實新租賃協議的條款,以重續有關該物業的現有租賃,據此,米蘭站觀塘同意由2020年7月1日起至2023年6月30日止自其異業有限公司及Lunalite Company Limited租賃以作零售用途。
該物業指位於香港九龍觀塘觀塘道418號創紀之城5期低層商場大堂高層UC-8號鋪的物業。
