達實智能(002421.SZ)與深投控簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯 8 月 3日丨達實智能(002421.SZ)公佈，為共同發揮優勢支持智慧建築及智慧園區發展，推動雙方產業轉型升級，近日，深圳達實智能股份有限公司(“乙方”)與深圳市投資控股有限公司(“深投控”或“甲方”)簽訂了《戰略合作協議》。雙方將開展包括但不限於科技園區、金融服務、產業升級等領域的合作項目，具體合作領域如下：
(1)雙方積極探索在深港科技創新合作區、深圳灣超級總部基地、武漢漢江灣科創總部基地等項目中開展合作，共建新型的科技、高效、生態、宜居的智慧環境，全面提升物聯網智慧園區及綠色建築項目品質，服務內容包括智慧園區及智慧建築的頂層規劃及整體解決方案、建築智能化及節能規劃、設計、建設、運營等全生命週期服務、智慧園區/社區/建築物聯網平台、門禁和停車場智能終端產品及服務等。
(2)在甲方投資設立園區的城市，乙方如投資設立全資或控股公司，優先入駐甲方園區。同時，乙方應積極引導其上下游合作伙伴入駐甲方園區，併為甲方園區招商引資提供必要幫助。
(3)為加強雙方之間戰略合作，提升合作的經濟效益和社會效應，雙方探索推進全國市場EPC創新模式領域項目合作。通過強強聯合，推進雙方業務轉型升級，提升市場競爭力及業務發展質量。
