二、藥品降價的風險
隨着醫療衞生體制改革的持續推進與不斷深化，醫保支付改革、分級診療、一致性評價和醫藥分開等政策的全面推進，國家持續加強對藥品價格控制力度，特別是帶量採購、國家集採和價格談判，造成藥品價格大幅度下調，對製藥行業的各環節產生較大影響。若公司對於藥品降價政策應對不當，未能抓住降價和市場規模擴大的機遇，有效擴大銷售規模，將會影響公司的盈利水平。敬請廣大投資者謹慎決策，注意投資風險。
三、注射用醋酸西曲瑞克銷售不達預期的風險
2018年12月，公司收到國家藥品監督管理局下發的注射用醋酸西曲瑞克《藥品註冊批件》，注射用醋酸西曲瑞克獲批上市。近日，公司收到國家衞生健康委醫藥衞生科技發展研究中心下發的《關於“重大新藥創制”科技重大專項2020年度實施計劃立項課題的通知》（衞科專項函[2019]860號），公司於2020年7月31日披露了關於收到《關於“重大新藥創制”科技重大專項2020年度實施計劃立項課題的通知》的公告。
西曲瑞克作為專科用藥，目前在國內，市場推廣尚處於初級階段，市場培育需要一個長期過程，且藥品銷售會受到市場、環境變化等不確定因素影響，可能面臨銷售不達預期或增長緩慢的風險。敬請廣大投資者謹慎決策，注意投資風險。
四、鹽酸二甲雙胍緩釋片銷售不達預期的風險
鹽酸二甲雙胍緩釋片屬於國家集採品種，公司將積極組織參與國家集採投標，但由於該品種生產企業較多，面臨的採購競爭非常激烈，將帶來較大的價格壓力，集採中標與否存在較大不確定性，因此尚不能準確預測是否會對公司未來業績產生重大影響。
公司董事會確認，除已公告事項外，公司沒有根據有關規定應披露而未披露的事項或與該事項有關的籌劃、商談、意向、協議等。董事會也未獲悉公司有根據《深圳證券交易所創業板股票上市規則》等有關規定應披露而未披露的、對公司股票及其衍生品種交易價格產生較大影響的信息。
