天成國際(00109.HK)預計年度綜合虧損不少於1.6億港元
格隆匯 7 月 31日丨天成國際(00109.HK)公佈,預期集團將於截至2020年6月30日止財政年度錄得綜合虧損不少於1.60億港元,相比2019財年的綜合溢利則約為5250萬港元。
預期集團業績將轉盈為虧主要於以下各項:(i)由於緬甸鐵路商務部要求集團移除仰光-曼德勒鐵路沿線的主光纜,故撇銷MG11不少於5400萬港元的資產,;(ii)MG11的使用權資產、商譽及無形資產不少於7000萬港元的減值;(iii)新票據不少於3500萬港元的公平值虧損,乃由於該公佈所討論Airspan逾期向集團償還新票據所致;及(iv)2020年財政年度應收貸款及其他應收款項之預期信貸虧損增加不少於5500萬港元。
