中國農業生態(08166.HK)擬7238萬元新台幣出售台北市物業
格隆匯7月30日丨中國農業生態(08166.HK)公告,於2020年7月30日,賣方利高置業有限公司台北分公司香港商利高置業有限公司(即公司間接全資附屬公司)已與買方李綉媛女士訂立該協議,據此,賣方已同意出售該等物業,代價為新台幣7238萬元。
該等物業位於台灣台北市南港區經貿二路235巷35號12樓,連同該大廈內166號及167號兩個停車位。該等物業(不包括兩個停車位)的總建築面積為2,962平方英尺並作住宅用途。根據該協議,該等物業包括全部家俬、家用電器及空調。於本公佈日期,該等物業閒置且於過往兩個財政年度並無錄得任何租金收入。
