安泰科技(000969.SZ)：安泰環境擬出資參與組建中國氫能戰略聯盟研究院
格隆匯 7 月 30日丨安泰科技(000969.SZ)公佈，發展氫能產業是能源革命和產業轉型的必由之路，氫能開發與利用已成為發達國家能源體系中的重要組成部分。我國高度重視發展氫能產業，2020年首次提到氫能/儲能產業發展戰略規劃，將發展氫能產業作為國民經濟和社會發展計劃的主要任務之一。中國鋼研和公司是我國氫能領域研發和產業的先行者和推動者之一。
2018年2月，在國家科學技術部、工業與信息化部、國務院國資委、國家能源局、中國工程院等單位指導下，中國鋼研、國家能源、一汽集團等17家大型企業、知名高校和研究機構發起成立了“中國氫能源及燃料電池產業創新戰略聯盟”(“中國氫能戰略聯盟”)，公司首席科學家周少雄、安泰環境總經理顧虎擔任專家委員會委員，公司作為中國鋼研在氫能領域佈局的重要依託單位。
為加快推動我國氫能與燃料電池產業實現跨學科、跨行業、跨部門協同創新、資源整合和推廣應用，由中國氫能戰略聯盟發起設立中國氫能戰略聯盟研究院(“研究院”)。為提高中國鋼研和公司在氫能產業領域話語權和影響力，進一步融入氫能產業鏈及生態系統，加快公司在氫能及燃料電池領域業務佈局，經中國鋼研推薦，由安泰環境(公司直接持有其40.90%的股份)出資參與組建中國氫能戰略聯盟研究院。研究院註冊資本金人民幣500萬元，安泰環境以自有資金出資55萬元，持股比例為11%，按照研究院章程行使權利和義務。
研究院註冊在北京，名稱暫定為“中聯氫能科技研究院有限公司”(以工商登記為準)。
經營範圍：氫能及燃料電池技術開發、技術諮詢、技術轉讓、技術推廣、技術服務及培訓；技術檢測；數據處理；軟件開發、軟件銷售、應用軟件諮詢服務、互聯網信息服務；貨物進出口、技術進出口、代理進出口；質檢技術服務；會議服務；承辦展覽展示；實驗室能力建設技術諮詢與服務，政策諮詢技術服務；企業管理諮詢；規劃諮詢技術服務；產業研究、產業規劃、園區規劃、招商引資策劃、招商引資活動承辦、產業戰略投資諮詢服務；高新技術產業投資(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後依批准的內容開展經營活動；不得從事本市產業政策禁止和限制類項目的經營活動)。
氫能開發與利用已成為發達國家能源體系中的重要組成部分，也是我國能源革命和產業轉型的必由之路。此次對外投資有利於公司藉助行業聯盟提高氫能產業領域話語權和影響力，加快氫能業務佈局，對接和服務國家戰略；有利於安泰環境藉助行業聯盟的平台和資源，通過參與行業智庫建設、標準制定以及技術孵化等，進一步提高在氫能領域的行業地位和影響力，推進在氫能及燃料電池領域戰略佈局，融入氫能產業鏈及生態系統，加快在氫能及燃料電池領域業務佈局，切實推動安泰環境氫能增量業務的發展，為後續產業發展佔位取勢。
