渣打集團(02888.HK)：上半年除税前基本溢利減少25%至20億美元
格隆匯7月30日丨渣打集團(02888.HK)公佈，2020年上半年，收入增加5%至80億美元，按固定匯率基準計算則增加7%，若不包括債務價值正向調整1.46億美元，收入按固定匯率基準計算增加5%。其中，2020年第二季度收入下降4%，按固定匯率基準計算則下降2%，若不包括債務價值負向調整2.12億美元則增加4%。淨息差自2019年上半年以來減少26個基點至1.40%，於2020年第二季度減少24個基點至1.28%。
2020年上半年，支出減少5%至47億美元，按固定匯率基準計算則減少2%。正收入與成本增長差按固定匯率基準計算為7%(不包括債務價值調整)。
信貸減值按季度減少，按年則大幅增加，主要受到新型冠狀病毒影響。 第一及第二階段減值於上半年增加5.86億美元至6.68億美元，約一半來自管理層額外撥加；第三階段減值於上半年增加7.27億美元至8.99億美元，2020年第二季度並無新的重大風險承擔；2020年第二季度第三階段及信貸等級12風險承擔淨額增加22%至51億美元，早期預警增加29億美元至144億美元。
2020年上半年，撥備前經營溢利增加22%至33億美元，按固定匯率基準計算則增加17%(不包括債務價值調整)；除税前基本溢利因信貸減值增加而減少25%至20億美元，按固定匯率基準計算則減少30%(不包括債務價值調整)；除税前法定溢利減少33%至16億美元，包括於2020年第一季度在印度錄得的2.49億美元商譽減值。
集團維持強勁的資本水平及高流動性。2020年第二季度的普通股權一級資本比率增加90個基點至14.3%，高於13–14%的中期目標範圍，因出售Permata而提升50個基點，其餘則來自溢利及其他全面收入的收益。
2020年上半年，每股盈利減少13.2仙或27%至35.9仙。值得一提的是，2020年第一季度回購及註銷4000萬股股份。
