《盈警响号》黄河实业(00318.HK)料年度溢利按年下跌1,200万元
黄河实业(00318.HK)发盈警,预计截至今年4月30日止年度之全年业绩,相对去年所录得之溢利,可能录得年内溢利下降约1,200万元,预计集团之全年收入总额可能较去年增加约400万元。
公司解释,主要原因是集团投资物业组合的公平值拖累纯利下降,但属非现金会计处理,对集团之现金流量或营运并无重大影响。公司补充,面对疫情影响,集团受益於较早已投入金融科技和云端科技解决方案方面之研发,集团的科技业务已逐步转向遥距业务及虚拟科技业务。
