大悅城地產(00207.HK)上半年合同銷售68.4億人幣 按年增逾3倍
大悅城地產(00207.HK)公布,今年上半年集團連同其附屬、聯營及合營公司獲得物業開發合同銷售總面積約20.2萬平方米,合同銷售總金額約68.41億元人民幣(下同),按年上升302.6%。
投資物業方面,上半年平均出租率介乎87%至97%,平均租金單價按年跌33%至增18%。
至於酒店經營方面,三亞美高梅度假酒店平均出租率37%,平均可出租客房收入421元;三亞亞龍灣瑞吉度假酒店平均出租率31%,平均可出租客房收入563元;北京華爾道夫酒店平均出租率22%,平均可出租客房收入548元。
