亞太航空公司協會:亞洲航空公司上月客運量暴跌98%
亞太航空公司協會(AAPA)表示,由於疫情限制航空旅遊需求,6月亞洲航空公司的載客量按年大跌98%至72.4萬人次,平均客運力僅為36.3%。
AAPA總幹事Subhas Menon表示,隨著各國政府為避免出現第二波疫情而重新實施部分封鎖措施,航空業下半年的復甦前景不確定性增加。
他稱,行業正處於危險的狀態,亞太地區航空公司正在迅速耗盡現金儲備,並造成大量虧損。由於旅遊需求在第二季度消失,亞太地區航空公司在今年上半年的載客量按年下跌68%至6,100萬人次。
