京新藥業(002020.SZ):決定終止第三期員工持股計劃
格隆匯 7 月 27日丨京新藥業(002020.SZ)公佈,公司於2020年7月27日召開了公司第七屆董事會第十三次會議和第七屆監事會第八次會議,審議通過了《關於終止<公司第三期員工持股計劃>的議案》,決定終止公司第三期員工持股計劃。
自第三期員工持股計劃經第七屆董事會第十一次會議和第七屆監事會第七次會議通過之後,公司已開始準備推進第三期員工持股計劃的具體工作。截至公告披露日,第三期員工持股計劃尚未成立。
鑑於監管政策及資本市場環境的變化,並綜合考慮公司目前的實際情況,公司依據《關於上市公司實施員工持股計劃試點的指導意見》、《深圳證券交易所上市公司信息披露指引第4 號——員工持股計劃》、《公司章程》等有關規定,決定終止公司第三期員工持股計劃。
