格隆匯 7 月 27日丨海欣食品(002702.SZ)披露2020年半年度報告,實現營業收入6.68億元,同比增長23.28%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤4259.42萬元,同比增長507.21%;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤4052.73萬元,同比增長784.15%;基本每股收益0.0886元。

2020年上半年,公司圍繞“資源整合、開源節流、共贏效益”的經營方針,有條不紊開展各項工作。報告期內,綜合毛利率25.22%,同比下降4.4個百分點;綜合費用率17.09%,同比去年同期下降10.55個百分點(因執行新收入準則,營業收入、營業成本和費用的歸集口徑發生變化,還原至去年同期口徑下,營業收入同比增長25.28%、綜合毛利率提高1.97個百分點、費用率下降2.97個百分點)。

2020年初爆發的新冠肺炎疫情,影響了行業消費格局,提高了消費者對速凍食品的認知,促進消費者在消費習慣和消費行為方面更加重視食品安全和產品品質,對具備品牌優勢和C端渠道佈局的企業帶來更多市場機會。在此背景下,公司依託近年來在消費者品牌和渠道方面投入和積累,順應市場趨勢迅速調整經營策略,加大C端渠道和中高端產品的生產和供應,報告期內,公司C端銷售收入佔比同比提高9.55個百分點,中高端產品銷售收入佔比提高8.80個百分點,拉動公司整體綜合毛利率提升,產品銷售均價進一步提高至每噸1.5萬元。分產品看,各品項銷售收入均實現同比增長,其中中高端產品收入增速達到66.22%。

報告期內,公司積極利用抖音、快手、公眾號、直播等線上新媒體方式開展品牌宣傳與推廣活動,持續推動中高端品牌形象打造,提煉“海欣海魂藍超級符號”並統一升級終端生動化佈置,在C端渠道強化消費者品牌印象,流通渠道增強品牌識別度和形象店打造。

報告期內,公司通過調整生產班次以及部分技術改造挖掘產能潛力,上半年產成品產量同比增長9.3%。同時繼續通過協同疊加的方式補充產能和豐富產品品類,上半年公司通過協同疊加模式累計實現銷售收入5,783萬元,同比增長84.80%。此外公司積極探索租賃廠房模式快速擴充產能,報告期內公司董事會通過了在福州馬尾設立生產分公司的議案,批准公司在馬尾租賃工廠快速增加公司產能的方案。目前該分廠正在辦理工商手續,廠房裝修和設備採購同步進行中,預計下半年銷售旺季能夠投入生產,全部達產後年產能增加約1.5萬噸。此外公司連江新建年產十萬噸速凍魚肉製品項目以及舟山新建原材料工廠項目因疫情原因導致部分工作延期開展,目前前述兩個項目均處於前期開工建設準備工作中,預計下半年將陸續開工。
