三和建築集團(03822.HK)公布,全資附屬公司三和地基及三和機械作為租客,與業主訂立新租賃協議,將物業之租賃重續2年,由2020年8月1日起至2022年7月31日止。應付租金總額865.44萬元。
物業包括元朗丈量約份第106約地段第1313及1317號餘段;何文田衛理道18號君頤峰第1座29樓A室;何文田衛理道18號君頤峰第62號停車位;何文田衛理道18號君頤峰第63號停車位;何文田衛理道18號君頤峰第2座16樓C室及61號私家車位;何文田衛理道18號君頤峰第2座15樓C室及60號私家車位。
各業主均為私人公司,並是公司董事或三和地基之董事。
