安徽建工(600502.SH):擬對安徽三建增資2.2億元
格隆匯 7 月 22日丨安徽建工(600502.SH)公佈,為實施裝配式建築吳山PC構件生產基地項目,公司擬對公司控股子公司安徽三建工程有限公司(“安徽三建”)增資2.2億元(其中募集資金1.57億元),中安資產放棄此次增資。
由於中安資產目前分別持有公司控股子公司安徽三建、安徽省路橋工程集團有限責任公司和安徽建工建築材料有限公司29.96%、27.34%和44.80%的股權,根據《上海證券交易所上市公司關聯交易實施指引》相關規定,中安資產為公司的關聯法人,此次增資構成關聯交易。
