中国卓银(08039.HK)收到法定要求偿债书 遭索偿583.36万港元
格隆汇 7 月 21日丨中国卓银(08039.HK)公布,有关就指称债券接获的函件。于2020年7月20日,公司接获一份由所谓债权人根据香港法例第32章《公司(清盘及杂项条文)条例》第178(1)(a)或327(4)(a)条发出的法定要求偿债书,要求公司于法定要求偿债书送达后三个星期内支付指称债券连同应计利息合共583.36万港元("指称债务")。倘于三个星期期限到期前未作出付款,该债权人或会对公司提起清盘呈请。
公司现正就法定要求偿债书项下的指称债务寻求法律意见。
