千億資金爭搶寧德時代再融資，高瓴拿下100億，上汽集團、葛衞東、黃曉明都沒搶到！

今天晚上，寧德時代披露了再融資的發行結果，獲配100億元的高瓴資本成為最大贏家，剛剛與寧德時代簽訂合作協議的本田如願獲配37億元，UBS、摩根等眾大佬則瓜分剩餘約60億元。
寧德時代的中小投資者要高興得笑起來了，一是引入了高瓴資本等實力戰略股東，二是這些殺出重圍的機構給出了相當不錯的價格。
寧德時代本次非公開發行價格為 161.00 元/股，相當於申購報價日（2020 年 7 月 6 日） 前 20 個交易日均價 163.81 元/股的 98.28%，相當於發行底價 129.67 元/股的 124.16%。
這個價格是眾多機構搶出來的。
據披露，本次發行，共有38家投資者參與申購。外資方面包括大名鼎鼎的UBS AG（瑞士聯合銀行集團）、JP摩根、美林銀行旗下的美林國際（Merrill Lynch International）、以個人名義申購的資本大佬葛衞東、以及國內一眾頂級基金公司。
然而最終的幸運兒只有9位。
據上證報資訊統計，38家機構合計認購的金額高達1091億元，其中最高申購價格為167.61元，申購者是UBS AG。多家外資機構給出了超過160元的高價，並最終獲得了配售，如摩根就有兩筆申報單在160元以上。
為了確保拿到份額，高瓴資本進行了三次報價，每次認購額都是100億元，最高報價是161.98元。
本次發行完成後，斥資100億元認購的高瓴資本成為寧德時代股東榜第九位，持股比例為2.27%。
從申報結果來看，本田可以説是相當幸運，161.50元的報價僅比最終發行價格高了0.50元。
根據寧德時代此前披露的公告，本田和寧德時代先行簽署合作協議，本田擬認購寧德時代1%的股份，雙方擬圍繞動力電池的研究開發、供應、回收再利用等領域深化合作。
寧德時代本次發行為何如此火爆？
在券商人士看來，除了公司本身價值受到投資者肯定外，選擇競價發行也是一大原因。根據相關規定，競價發行的鎖定期僅有6個月，這給認購方帶來靈活的操作空間。
截至17日收盤時，寧德時代股票價格為195.70元，並曾在7月13日觸及到每股224.29元的年內最高價。
從基本面來看，寧德時代無疑是動力電池中的王者，公司已經連續3年位居全球首位，國內市佔率超過50%，併成功進入大眾、寶馬等高端供應鏈。2019年，寧德時代動力電池累計出貨32.5GWh，佔全球市場的27.87%。
寧德時代的再融資，除了吸引眾多財務投資者外，多家產業資本也興趣濃厚。
記者注意到，除了拿到份額的本田外，上汽集團旗下的資管公司上汽頎臻(上海)資產管理有限公司也參與了此次認購，合計認購金額逼近100億元，不過最高報價僅為每股156元，遺憾未能獲得配售。
資本市場的大腕葛衞東也參與了認購，但159.23元每股的報價，最終差了那麼幾毛錢。
另外，認購者中還有一人名叫黃曉明，認購金額為6億元，不管他是否是那位大明星，都未能獲得特殊對待。
