中國軟件國際(00354.HK)與深智城簽署戰略合作協議 打造信創軟件新生態
格隆匯7月14日丨中國軟件國際(00354.HK)公佈，公司近日與深圳市智慧城市科技發展集團有限公司簽署戰略合作協議。本着互惠共贏的合作原則，合作雙方發揮各自優勢資源和能力，在智慧城市建設、國資國企雲運營、軟件項目全生命週期管理、數字化人才培養等方面開展全面深入合作，打造信創軟件新生態，護航深圳數字新基建。
公司與深智城在運用最新信息技術，推進城市產業安全可控、數字化、網絡化、智能化發展上戰略一致、優勢互補，雙方形成緊密型戰略合作伙伴關係。公司將與深智城全資企業深圳市智慧城市大數據中心公司展開深度合作，以服務於深圳市和國資委企業的信息化及數字化建設。公司依託華為雲等基礎雲服務能力和解放號在IT領域優勢，聯合信創聯盟成員共同構建信創產業雲，並組織業界優質資源，為深圳全市國資企業提供數字化轉型諮詢、流程管控及鯤鵬生態合作伙伴管理等服務，幫助企業落地信息化建設，提升國資企業競爭力。公司還將着重發展基於鯤鵬架構的行業雲解決方案，為客户提供諮詢、雲化解決方案建設、雲平台運營管理等端到端服務。
在國資國企雲領域，本公司將與深智城共同打造深圳市國資國企信創軟件服務平台，依託基於鯤鵬架構的信創軟件服務平台，為全市國資國企下屬單位以及深圳企業，提供方案諮詢、軟件全生命週期管理等平台服務，構建深圳信創軟件新生態。雙方還將共同建設軟件應用創新中心，提供數字化工具集，為全市及全國企業賦能。
藉助公司解放號新第三方服務能力，雙方將打造信息化項目全生命週期管理平台，開展軟件項目全流程管理服務，護航數字政府建設。作為國內領先的大數據服務商，公司還將通過豐富的大數據服務能力，通過匯聚有效數據資源、統籌規劃，助力城市治理和國資企業的產業拓展。
組織架構上，合作雙方將適時成立合資公司，為深圳國資委28家集團提供服務能力支持平台。在人才培養方面，雙方將共建「深智城數字經濟產業學院」，以「政產學」協同創新為引領，培育數字經濟創新人才。
此次公司戰略攜手深智城，有利雙方集成優勢資源和能力，助力深圳企業優化IT頂層設計能力，提升企業數字化水平，把握深圳在粵港澳大灣區和社會主義先行示範區建設中的數字基建機遇。公司將基於鯤鵬雲底座，依託解放號軟件產業互聯網，打造標杆並快速複製，助力更多城市與鯤鵬產業融合，構建安全高效的數字產業新生態。與此同時，此次合作有利公司強化開源雲化和可信數字化能力，構建諮詢驅動的數字新服務，不斷優化商業模式，為股東創造更大價值。
