周大福(01929.HK)第一財季內地同店銷售跌幅收窄至11.2%
格隆匯 7 月 14日丨周大福(01929.HK)發佈截至2020年6月30日止三個月(“第一季度”)若干未經審核主要經營數據，季內內地、香港及澳門的零售需求繼續受到2019冠狀病毒疫情及不穩的宏觀經濟環境所影響。不過，內地的同店銷售隨着業務恢復已較上一季度有顯著改善，情況令人鼓舞，因而內地同店銷售跌幅收窄至11.2%，而香港及澳門的同店銷售則分別下跌72.5%及93.2%。
內地珠寶鑲嵌╱鉑金╱K金首飾類別的同店銷售於季內減少6.6%，而其零售值則增加10.1%。香港及澳門的珠寶鑲嵌╱鉑金╱K金首飾類別的同店銷售於季內下跌65.7%，此乃由於客流量仍然疲弱所致。內地珠寶鑲嵌首飾的同店平均售價為6,000港元(2020財政年度第一季度：5,900港元)，香港及澳門珠寶鑲嵌首飾的同店平均售價則為13,100港元(2020財政年度第一季度：10,900港元)。
黃金首飾及產品類別(包括按重量及固定價格出售的產品)因金價波動，導致銷量下跌，拖低兩大市場的同店銷售。內地黃金首飾及產品的平均售價為4,300港元(2020財政年度第一季度：3,900港元)。由於季內銷售組合轉向毛利率較高的定價黃金產品，導致香港及澳門黃金首飾及產品的平均售價下跌至5,200港元(2020財政年度第一季度：6,600港元)。季內國際平均金價較去年同期高30.7%。
此外，集團季內於內地淨開設49個零售點，包括淨開設45個周大福珠寶零售點(當中淨關閉29個直營店及淨開設74個加盟店)，以及淨開設3個SOINLOVE零售點、4個MONOLOGUE零售點及淨關閉1個TMARK零售點、1個周大福鐘錶零售點及1個ENZO零售點。於香港、澳門及其他市場，集團淨關閉3個位於香港的周大福珠寶零售點。於2020年6月30日，集團合共有3,896個零售點。
