三安光电(600703.SH):控股股东解除质押4004万股
格隆汇 7 月 13日丨三安光电(600703.SH)公布,公司于2020年7月13日收到公司控股股东三安电子的通知,三安电子将其质押给中国民生银行股份有限公司厦门分行的4004万股股份办理了解除质押手续。
三安电子及其控股股东福建三安集团有限公司(“三安集团”)合计持有公司股份数量为1,457,442,001股股份,占公司总股本比例为32.54%。此次三安电子部分股票解除质押及再质押后,累计质押股票5.274亿股,质押股份约占两家所持有公司股份比例的36.19%。
