上半年,公司商品煤產銷量下降主要受一季度復工復產和二季度公司所屬部分礦井工作面過斷層影響,並影響到公司主營銷售收入、成本和商品煤銷售毛利。根據最新政策,公司在減徵期內享受企業社會保險費、職工基本醫療保險費的減半徵收政策帶來成本下降。
