《新股消息》易和國際控股(08659.HK)下限0.4元定價 一手中籤率13.02%
內地即棄塑料餐盒製造商易和國際控股(08659.HK)公布招股結果,計劃發行1.5億股股份中10%在港公開發售部分,錄得超額認購10.3倍,申請一手5,000股中籤率為13.02%,申請九手穩獲一手。
由於公開發售的超額認購少於15倍,故重新分配程序並無應用。分配至公開發售的發售股份的最終數目為1,500萬股發售股份,相當於發售股份總數的10%。
股份以下限0.4元定價,原招股價範圍為0.4元至0.6元,集資淨額料約2,280萬元,當中約79.5%將用於透過購買新機器擴充產能及提高生產效率;約10.8%用作加強設計、生產及生研發能力;約8.1%用於設立第二個生產設施以配合業務擴張;餘下1.6%用於擴充銷售及營銷團隊。
股份將於下周一(13日)掛牌,中毅資本為獨家保薦人。
