傳五大國有銀行制訂方案應變美國可能制裁
美國國會參眾兩院上周通過《香港自治法案》。該法案可制裁參與實施《港區國安法》的中國官員,並懲罰與他們有業務往來的金融機構。
據《路透》引述消息人士指出,工商銀行(01398.HK)、中國銀行(03988.HK)、農業銀行(01288.HK)及建設銀行(00939.HK)等五大國有銀行,因應美國通過《香港自治法案》,擔心會成為美國制裁目標,正制訂應變方案。
該人士稱,最壞的情況是中行及工行,可能被禁用美元進行結算;較溫和的情況是農行需要應對有客戶被美國列入黑名單,或會被切斷流動性。
