格隆匯 7 月 3日丨天龍集團(300063.SZ)公佈,公司於2020年7月2日收到深交所出具的《關於受理廣東天龍油墨集團股份有限公司發行股份購買資產並募集配套資金申請文件的通知》(深證上審【2020】215號),根據《創業板上市公司持續監管辦法(試行)》《深圳證券交易所創業板上市公司重大資產重組審核規則》等相關規定,深交所依法對公司報送的發行股份購買資產並募集配套資金報告書及相關文件進行了核對,認為申請文件齊備,決定予以受理。
