慕尚集團控股(01817.HK)訂立2020年文墨製衣租賃協議
格隆匯7月2日丨慕尚集團控股(01817.HK)公佈,於2020年7月2日,中哲慕尚(公司間接全資附屬公司)(作為租户)與文墨製衣(由非執行董事楊先生控制的公司)(作為業主)訂立2020年文墨製衣租賃協議,內容有關租賃位於中國寧波象山濱海工業園海迎路西的若干物業,建築面積約57,000平方米。2020年文墨製衣租賃協議將自2020年11月1日起至2030年10月31日止為期十年。
